Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage and control daily operations of company labor/staff accommodation in the UAE. The role ensures the camp is maintained to UAE health, safety, and hygiene standards and provides a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the labor camp including lodging, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality, civil defense, and health & safety regulations.
• Supervise kitchen and canteen operations; ensure food hygiene and quality control.
• Monitor maintenance of facilities (rooms, bathrooms, laundry, electricity, water, AC, sewage, pest control).
• Keep accurate records of occupancy, inventory, supplies and submit regular reports.
• Enforce camp rules, discipline, and company policies among residents.
• Coordinate transport, medical emergencies, and welfare needs of camp residents.
• Liaise with HR, Admin, HSE, and Procurement for camp-related needs and inspections.
• Prepare for and manage external inspections and audits by authorities.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience as Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor within UAE.
• Experience handling large accommodation facilities (500+ workers preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation regulations and hygiene standards.
• Good leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/reporting).
• English proficiency is required; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexibility to stay at camp premises if required.
