Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and supervise all camp operations, ensuring the proper accommodation, welfare, and discipline of all camp residents. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in camp management within the construction or oil & gas sector in the UAE or GCC region.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily camp operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, maintenance requests, and supplies.
• Coordinate with HR and Admin for arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
• Handle grievances and ensure smooth communication among staff and workers.
• Monitor and control camp expenses, utilities, and consumables.
• Supervise camp staff (cleaners, cooks, maintenance) to ensure efficiency and discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with camp management systems and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
• Only Arab nationality candidates will be considered.
