Camp Boss

We are looking for camp boss with min 10+ years of experience in UAE at construction companies.

• Oversee the workers’ accommodations, ensuring that the camp is clean, comfortable, and meets company standards.
• Keep management informed about any issues that may affect worker morale or the smooth operation of the camp.
• Maintain records of workers’ movements, attendance, and other related documentation.
• Handle workers' requests or complaints regarding accommodation, food, and general living conditions.
• Oversee the behavior of the laborers and manage other camp activities.
• Manage room assignments and occupancy levels within the camp.
