Camp Boss

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of our staff accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure the camp is well-maintained, organized, and compliant with company standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the staff accommodation/camp.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping across all facilities.
• Manage room allocations, vacancies, and employee check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintain updated records of room occupancy and daily room status reports.
• Monitor and maintain room items inventory (beds, mattresses, cabinets, appliances, etc.) and report shortages or damages.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely repair of facilities.
• Supervise camp support staff (cleaners, maintenance, etc.) and ensure work quality.
• Monitor camp supplies such as cleaning materials, equipment, and daily essentials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle employee concerns related to accommodation and escalate when needed.
• Ensure security and proper access control within the camp.
• Liaise with HR and Administration for employee accommodation updates and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in UAE.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE health, hygiene, and accommodation standards.
• Ability to handle a multi-national workforce.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large staff accommodations (100+ workers).
• Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or construction staff accommodation.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
