Job role - Camp Boss

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of a labor accommodation camp. The ideal candidate will ensure the camp is clean, safe, well-organized, and compliant with company policies and local health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Supervise and coordinate camp staff and service providers
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room allocation, and camp inventory
• Handle residents’ concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding arrivals, departures, and camp requirements
• Ensure compliance with HSE and local authority regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Camp Boss or in camp/facilities management
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle staff and resolve issues effectively
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

This role requires a responsible, organized, and proactive individual capable of maintaining a comfortable and disciplined living environment for camp residents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
