Campaign & Performance Marketing Manager -Investment & Business Acquisition | Dubai

We need a senior performance marketer who has managed serious budgets, generated high-quality leads, and delivered measurable ROI — not just impressions and clicks.

  • Lived and worked in Dubai long enough to *understand the market*
  • Managed *monthly ad budgets exceeding AED 400,000*

Core Requirements

*Experience:*

  • *5+ years* of professional performance marketing experience *in Dubai*
  • Proven track record in *investment services, business brokerage, real estate investment, financial services, or high-ticket B2B services*
  • Documented experience managing *large-scale monthly budgets (AED 400K+)*
  • Direct collaboration with sales teams, CRM systems, and content teams to build integrated acquisition systems

  • Bulk Email Campaigns & Marketing Automation
  • Affiliate & Strategic Partnership Development
  • Media Buying & Negotiation

  • Lead Generation Funnel Architecture

What You Will Actually Do

  • Design, launch, and manage *multi-channel campaigns* across multiple services and investor segments
  • Own the full funnel: *Traffic → Lead → MQL → SQL → Revenue*
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize based on *CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI*
  • Manage large budgets with *precision and accountability*
  • Build transparent, executive-level performance reports
  • Identify and open *new advertising channels* before competitors
  • Work directly with leadership to align marketing spend with revenue targets
