Job Summary:

The Campus Manager oversees all academic, training, and operational functions of the campus to ensure the smooth delivery of COTHM’s educational standards. You will lead faculty, administrative, and support teams to maintain excellence in learning outcomes and student experiences. The role guarantees full compliance with institutional policies, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage all academic, administrative, and operational functions of the campus to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of institutional goals.
• Oversee all campus departments, ensuring compliance with COTHM standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure the highest standards of academic delivery, student services, and training quality in coordination with department heads.
• Drive student admissions, retention, and satisfaction through effective marketing, engagement, and support strategies.
• Manage campus budgets, cost control, and resource optimization to ensure financial sustainability.
• Supervise campus infrastructure, safety, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, professional, and learning-oriented culture among staff and students.
• Provide leadership in executing new initiatives, programs, and events that strengthen COTHM’s reputation and student outcomes.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed college or university
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field. Master degree will be prefered.
• Proven experience in campus administration, academic management, or institutional leadership
• Prior experience in managing faculty, administrative, and operational teams
