Overview:
We’re looking for a Canvassing Director to join our team!

As a Canvassing Director for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will lead an entire proximity team to success by providing guidance and support on performance goals, holding incentive driven contests, and using their extensive skills and knowledge to grow their teammates. You will also directly impact the growth of the business with their monthly and quarterly department canvassing goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Building a team of lead generation managers and field sales reps in a unique abundant market.
  • Leading training and sales methodology with our reps so that they may be able to discuss our products and services with the customers.
  • Full Territory responsibility for the top line and bottom-line results.
  • Committing to providing an unparalleled customer service experience from start to end.
Qualifications:
  • Successful experience in hiring, training, and coaching teams.
  • Previous management experience and proven results in motivating sales teams.
  • Lead Generation, preferably In-Home Sales.
  • Experience with High-end Products or Services.
