Space Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Car Shipping Broker Agents on behalf of its U.S.-based client in the auto transport industry.

As a Car Shipping Broker Agent, you will act as a vital link between customers and carriers, helping individuals and businesses transport their vehicles across the United States. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

We are seeking motivated and experienced Car Shipping Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in auto transport, with a strong understanding of carrier networks, customer communication, and order management. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate vehicle shipping quotes.
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange vehicle pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and carriers to ensure transparency throughout the shipping process.
• Manage bookings, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in car shipping or the auto transport industry is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers and carriers.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) to ensure clear and professional communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Benefits:

• Familiarity with dispatching software or CRM tools is a plus.
• This is a full-time, in-person position offering a starting salary of Rs. 30,000 per month (with performance-based growth).
• Training and performance incentives may be provided based on experience and results.
