The Logistics Coordinator Assistant supports the logistics team in planning, coordinating, and executing the movement of goods and materials. The role involves maintaining shipment records, communicating with vendors and carriers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
  • Track and update shipment status in the logistics system.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Support inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve transportation issues.
  • Maintain accurate logistics data and filing systems.
  • Assist in cost analysis and logistics performance reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
