Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Order Fulfillment Officer (OFO) / Logistics Officer to manage the complete order cycle — from order processing and packaging to coordination with courier partners for timely delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure that every customer order is fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify daily customer orders through the CRM(POS) system and sales team.
• Coordinate with the Store, Dispatch, and Sales Departments to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare and pack products safely according to standard packaging procedures.
• Create CN numbers and coordinate with courier services for daily dispatches.
• Update order status in software (CRM, POS Punching, QuickBooks / internal portal) after dispatch.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or courier-related issues promptly.
• Maintain daily order logs and ensure zero “stock awaiting” cases.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delays, or replacements.
• Report daily order completion status to the Director and HR Department.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards in every dispatch.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Matric, Inter can apply as well)
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or order management (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may apply).
• Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
