Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding




• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients




• Monitor basic health conditions and report changes to nurses or doctors




• Assist with medication reminders as per instructions




• Provide companionship and emotional support




• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas




• Help with meal preparation and feeding




• Follow safety, infection control, and care protocols




• Maintain basic records of care provided
