Operational:
1. Learn how to carry out repair work of Mechanical, Electrical, Welding or painting nature.
2. Learn how to carry out straight forward, medium repair work under general supervision of new trainee's supervisor in location and observe simple and small repairs by skilled tradesmen.
3. Learn how to disassemble, dismantle, and reassemble certain parts of engine, electrical systems under instructions and close supervision (On job training) extend to new technology.
4. Perform simple duties of normal nature with regard to experience level in any one of the assigned areas of trade specialization.
5. Perform other related duties as instructed workshop manager / Workshop Supervisor.
6. Comply with the group's standard for housekeeping, personal safety and appearance.
7. Receive training from training certified sources on advanced repair and maintenance methods whilst learning to use tools and equipment safety and effectively while in initial training or with introduction of new technology.
8. Learn and execute all Toyota Way and
S.O.Ps.
People Management:

Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
