Job Overview
We are looking for a Case Manager to support the Advance Tax Rulings function.
The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of case applications, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with governance, service levels, and confidentiality standards.
You will act as a central coordinator between applicants, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth processing of cases from intake to final decision.
Key Responsibilities Intake & Case Handling
- Receive and acknowledge applications
- Verify completeness and eligibility of submissions
- Perform initial screening and classification of cases
Case Management & Documentation
- Create and maintain case records and tracking systems
- Manage documentation, correspondence logs, and version control
- Ensure compliance with document handling and retention policies
Coordination & Timeline Management
- Develop case plans with milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate internal reviews, meetings, and communications
- Track progress and escalate delays or risks
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the single point of contact for applicants
- Draft professional communications and meeting notes
- Ensure alignment with official policies and procedures
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Conduct quality checks on applications and documents
- Prepare case summaries and reports for decision-making
- Track SLA compliance and case performance
Decision & Closure
- Coordinate approvals and final documentation
- Manage communication of decisions to stakeholders
- Support publication and documentation of finalized rulings
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards
- Maintain accurate data for reporting and audits
- Support process improvements and system enhancements
Education & Experience Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Law / Accounting / Taxation / Finance / Economics / Public Administration
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
- Case management / legal / tax / administrative roles
- Strong Arabic communication skills (mandatory)
- Good command of English
Preferred:
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification
- Knowledge of data protection / ISO 27001
