Cash & Trade Project Manager

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for executing projects as per plan, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. The role requires end-to-end experience in Trade, Cash, and Channels deliveries, strong project management skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PMO function in risk assessment, issue management, and mitigation planning.
• Track project execution, status reporting, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business, operations, and application teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, integration, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and dependency mapping.
• Ensure seamless integration with middleware and API teams.
• Deliver project scope in line with technology, business, and operations requirements.

Key Result Areas:

• On-time, on-scope, on-budget, and quality delivery.
• Effective management of dependencies, vendors, and third-party integrations.
• Risk identification, mitigation, and governance compliance.
• Budget monitoring and change order governance.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 8–15 years of experience in the banking industry, managing medium to large projects.
• Proven success in transformation projects with multi-stream delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and risk/compliance.
• Experience in multinational consulting firms is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
