Cashier Retail Karachi

Liberty Books is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions efficiently, assist customers with purchases, and support overall store operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies
• Ensure proper opening and closing of cash registers and daily cash reconciliation
• Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and sales area
• Coordinate with inventory and sales staff to ensure product availability
• Support shelf stocking, merchandising, and display arrangements when needed
• Report discrepancies, system issues, or customer concerns to the Manager

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or in retail sales
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs38,000.00 per month
