We’re looking for a Category Application Group Manager to lead our cross-functional product development and technical applications. A Day in the Life of...

As a Category Application Group Manager, you will:

• Lead the category team by setting direction, empowering individuals, and building strong team capabilities.
• Translate consumer insights and business needs into breakthrough product solutions and applications.
• Ensure timely delivery of project goals by driving technical readiness across R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g., Marketing, Manufacturing, Co-packers).
• Champion product and process compliance, safety, and quality aligned with Nestlé standards.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement.
• Develop talent by coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps for future capabilities.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development or technical application in the food industry.
• Strong people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of innovation, formulation, and process technology.
• Passion for consumer-centric innovation and sustainability.
• Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
