Required Skills
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience in indirect strategic sourcing
- Proven experience in leading complex RFx events and negotiations
- Strong stakeholder influence across senior business leaders
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, or equivalent procurement tools
- Strong financial acumen and business case development skills
Good-to-Have
- Experience in IT Services, Professional Services, or Large Manufacturing environments
- Exposure to global sourcing and supplier governance models
- Knowledge of contract law fundamentals and risk management

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 1–5 year category strategies for assigned indirect categories (IT, Marketing, Facilities, Travel, Professional Services)
- Perform end to end spend analysis to identify savings, consolidation, and demand management opportunities
- Lead end to end RFx events including requirement definition, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier selection
- Develop strong business cases quantifying benefits, total cost of ownership, and risk trade offs
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, innovation, and cost effectiveness
- Negotiate complex contracts including SLAs, KPIs, pricing models, and payment terms in partnership with Legal
- Translate RFx outcomes into commercially robust and risk appropriate agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Finance, Facilities, HR, Legal) to align sourcing strategies with business goals
- Drive supplier performance management through scorecards, governance forums, and continuous improvemen t initiatives
- Own and drive long term sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories
- Deliver measurable cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation
- Lead supplier consolidation and preferred supplier programs
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, audit requirements, and governance
- Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in Source to Pay processes
- Track and report sourcing performance, savings, and supplier KPIs
- Support transformation initiatives and digital procurement adoption
- Willingness to work in US shift timings
