Category Manager / Area Manager – Fruits & Vegetables

The Category Manager / Area Manager – Fruits & Vegetables is responsible for managing the overall performance of the Fruits & Vegetables category across all branches by ensuring product availability, quality, sales growth, inventory control, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Fruits & Vegetables category across all branches.
• Achieve category sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to maintain product availability.
• Conduct regular branch visits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Supervise, train, and support Branch Managers and store teams.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Review sales reports, inventory performance, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG retail or fresh produce operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, inventory management, and communication skills.
• Age must be 35 to 45.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
