CCTV Incharge/Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible CCTV Incharge / Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, security compliance, and effective supervision of CCTV operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage CCTV surveillance operations on a daily basis
• Monitor live camera feeds and review recorded footage when required
• Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve CCTV system faults and technical issues
• Maintain logs, reports, and records of CCTV activities and incidents
• Coordinate with management and security teams regarding security concerns
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Supervise and guide CCTV operators and technicians
• Manage cabling, connectors, power supplies, and networking related to CCTV systems

Key Skills & Knowledge Required

• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, DVR/NVRs, and monitoring software
• Experience with IP and analog CCTV systems
• Good understanding of networking, cabling, connectors, and power systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to surveillance systems
• Knowledge of security protocols and surveillance best practices
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Experience Required

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in CCTV operations or supervision

Education & Certifications

• Graduation or diploma in a relevant field
• CCTV, security systems, or related technical certifications will be an advantage
