Surveillance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Manager – Surveillance to join our Surveillance Operations team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in surveillance and security, strong leadership capabilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role plays a critical part in optimizing monitoring operations and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily surveillance and monitoring activities to ensure effective security operations.
• Review existing security procedures regularly and recommend enhancements where necessary.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of monitoring personnel to improve performance and skill development.
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze surveillance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve security concerns and strengthen safety processes.
• Stay informed about emerging surveillance technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in surveillance, security monitoring, or a related field.
• Prior completion of surveillance or security training programs is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, well-informed decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Security management certification or similar credentials are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with surveillance and security management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
