CCTV Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and skilled CCTV Operator (SIRA Certified) to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, and responding promptly to incidents. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Coordinate with security personnel and management during incidents.
• Operate and maintain CCTV equipment and ensure systems are functioning properly.
• Prepare daily reports, incident logs, and documentation as required.
• Respond to alarms or emergency situations following company protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Assist in reviewing footage for investigations or audits.

Requirements

• SIRA Certificate (Security Industry Regulatory Authority – UAE) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in using surveillance software and monitoring tools.
• Good communication skills (English essential).
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
