CDP with Arabic Cuisine Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and baked items according to recipes and standards.
- Manage the pastry section during service and ensure timely production.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new pastry items.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of pastry ingredients (FIFO).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Train and supervise Commis chefs and junior pastry staff.
- Minimize waste and control food costs.
