CDP with Arabic Cuisine Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and baked items according to recipes and standards.
  • Manage the pastry section during service and ensure timely production.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new pastry items.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for ingredients.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of pastry ingredients (FIFO).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Train and supervise Commis chefs and junior pastry staff.
  • Minimize waste and control food costs.
