Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and professional CEO Assistant to join our real estate agency in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of Islamabad locations, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage client inquiries professionally
• Visit properties with clients and provide complete guidance
• Maintain and update client records using CRM software
• Manage and post property listings on Zameen.com
• Follow up with clients to close sales deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of Islamabad areas and routes
• Confident personality with strong client-handling skills
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude

Job Details

• Probation Salary: PKR 30,000/-
• After Probation Salary: PKR 35,000/-
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
