Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential, intelligent, and highly motivated intern to work directly with the CEO’s office. This role is ideal for a top-performing fresh graduate or final-year university student who is eager to learn, take responsibility early, and operate in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
The intern will assist the CEO in organizing work, coordinating communication, handling confidential matters, and supporting execution across multiple stakeholders. This role offers exceptional exposure to leadership, decision-making, technology, and automation-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a support interface to the CEO, managing queries, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle emails, calls, scheduling, reminders, and task tracking on behalf of the CEO when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information and communications
- Organize documents, data, and action items using digital tools and structured workflows
- Assist in research, preparation of notes, summaries, and execution follow-ups
- Learn and actively use automation tools, AI tools, productivity systems, and integrations to improve efficiency
- Support the CEO in driving tasks to closure across teams and departments
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Ideal Candidate Profile
- University topper or academically strong graduate (fresh graduates or interns preferred)
- High level of intelligence, curiosity, and eagerness to grow professionally
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a high-responsibility role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and work outside comfort zones
- Strong interest in technology, automation, AI tools, and system integrations
