Position: Certification Planning Executive

We are looking for experienced talent as a Certification Planning Executive based at Bureau Veritas Pakistan, Islamabad.

Role Statement

• The job incumbent is responsible for Certification Planning Executive.
• He performs the job in the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics, and the BV Group policies.
  
  

Responsibilities

• The Certification Planning Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily testing, inspection, and certification activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection measures.
• familiar with Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) processes.
• Handle of quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection measures.
• Ensure to schedule the audit minimum for three months ahead.
• Supervise the communication between client and auditor.
• Responsible to issue a tentative audit plan to the client before a final audit plan is issued by the auditor.
• Ensure to issue an invoice to the client after completion of the audit delivery immediately.
• Keep, maintain, and update relevant data/records.
• Any other task assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience, & Other Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a training & certification industry.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in TIC or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
