Job Purpose:

Own regional Channel & Marketing planning and performance. Build the regional marketing plan, translate it into channel targets and execution roadmaps, and enable sales with data, insights, and automation to deliver revenue, ARPU, market-share and customer experience goals
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy & planning
-
Lead the regional marketing strategy and annual/quarterly business plan aligned to corporate objectives.

Own regional P&L levers: revenue, ARPU, churn, 4G subscriber base, and market share; set targets and recovery plans
Geo-marketing & site-level analytics
-
Drive geo-level opportunity sizing and grid/site planning to guide network expansion and upgrades.

Prioritize new sites and capacity adds based on potential, ROI, and segment strategy; track actuals vs. targeted revenue and course correct.
Segmentation, pricing & promotions
-
Build data-backed business cases for priority segments; identify underserved niches and discuss offers with HQ Marketing to capture them.

Design and execute regional promos/bundles, track uptake and ROI
New business streams

Identify and develop new business streams, in collaboration with HQ Marketing (e.g., FTTH, VAS, IoT, M2M, etc.), aligned with the overall commercial strategy to ensure revenue diversification and sustainable growth
Brand, trade visibility & advertising (BTL)

Plan and execute regional BTL to drive product/brand awareness and conversion, supporting HQ and regional promos.

Deploy trade-visibility programs (POSM, streamers, local OOH, in-store branding) and optimize utilization of regional marketing budgets
Business intelligence & insights

Deliver clear, actionable market and customer insights (share, competitor moves, usage, churn drivers).

Build dashboards for revenue, ARPU, base growth, offer performance, and visibility KPIs; recommend gaps/whitespace plays
Channel planning & performance
-
Translate the commercial plan into channel-wise targets
-
Monitor channel productivity, drive performance huddles and recovery actions.
Channel development & footprint expansion

Expand and optimize the channel footprint by micro-market; onboard, enable, and upgrade partners per framework and compliance.

Lead capability building, incentives recommendations, and pilot new formats to unlock throughput
Retail operations, BVS & supply availability
-
Ensure the right number of BVS devices per Grid based on traffic; drive uptime and utilization for activations; arrange spares and swaps with minimal downtime; train retailers on BVS best practices
Business planning (NCVP)
-
Own NCVP mapping (Network, Channel, Visibility, Promotion) at grid level—urban and sub-territory rural—to eliminate leakages and coverage gaps.
Regional service centers (CSCs)
-
Set the CSC operating strategy; ensure service-quality benchmarks, up-/cross-selling, and unit-level profitability/breakeven. Integrate CSC performance into the regional commercial plan (traffic, NPS, conversion).
Sales enablement, data availability & automation

Provide sales teams with timely plans, targets, and localized playbooks.

Establish data pipelines, automation, and standard reporting cadences; ensure accuracy, single-source-of-truth and access SLAs
Governance & collaboration

Ensure compliance with policies, promo/pricing approvals, and brand guidelines.

Partner with Network, Finance, CX, Devices, Supply Chain/Logistics, and HQ Marketing to align priorities, budgets, and timelines
