Job Title: Channel Manager – HoReCa

Reports To: Head of Sales
Job Summary:
To drive growth and strengthen the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel by managing key accounts, developing channel strategies, ensuring effective execution, and building long-term relationships to maximize sales and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies to grow the HoReCa segment.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance within the HoReCa channel and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure proper brand visibility, product placement, and promotional activities within HoReCa outlets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
- Train and support the sales team to improve execution within the HoReCa channel.
- Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain healthy account receivables.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or channel sales (preferred).
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and cafés will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
