Channel Manager - HoReCa

Job Title: Channel Manager – HoReCa
Location: Lahore
Reports To: Head of Sales

Job Summary:

To drive growth and strengthen the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel by managing key accounts, developing channel strategies, ensuring effective execution, and building long-term relationships to maximize sales and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies to grow the HoReCa segment.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance within the HoReCa channel and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure proper brand visibility, product placement, and promotional activities within HoReCa outlets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve execution within the HoReCa channel.
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain healthy account receivables.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or channel sales (preferred).
  • Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and cafés will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
