Job Title: Channel Manager – Sales & Business Development

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Channel Manager with a strong background in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing our channel network, onboarding new agencies/partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new agencies and business partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners
  • Provide training, guidance, and continuous support to partners to enhance performance
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and partner activities using CRM systems
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure partners are compliant with company policies and brand guidelines
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in partner onboarding, training, and relationship management is a must

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments
  • Ability to conduct presentations and training sessions
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills
