Channel Sales Manager – Pakistan (Distributor Sales & Residential Inverter Stock Liquidation)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead distributor sales operations and drive nationwide residential inverter stock liquidation across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will strengthen channel partnerships, accelerate sell-through performance, and ensure healthy stock turnover in the residential market.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop distributor networks across Pakistan, ensuring strong sales execution and market penetration.

Lead nationwide residential inverter stock liquidation efforts, including sales planning, sell-out campaigns, and partner incentives.

Build sales pipelines with distributors, retailers, and key installation partners to drive continuous sell-through.

Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movement, and implement actions to optimize stock turnover.

Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess sales performance, identify gaps, and create improvement plans.

Provide training and product knowledge support to partners to enhance sales capability and market competitiveness.

Coordinate closely with marketing, technical support, and supply chain teams to align sales operations and promotional strategies.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to guide channel strategy and product positioning.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance summaries for management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or residential inverter/PV product sales.

Strong understanding of the residential solar/inverter market dynamics in Pakistan.

Proven experience in driving stock movement, sales acceleration, or liquidation programs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel frequently across Pakistan.

Fluency in English and Urdu.
