We are looking for a motivated and energetic
Channel Sales Team Lead
with
3+ years of experience
in travel or retail sales. The role involves driving sales through
Preferred Sales Agents (PSAs), franchise partners, and company-owned stores
, while supporting marketing and regional sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a small team/partner network, ensuring revenue growth, and assisting in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Sales & Partner Management

Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow sales through PSAs, franchise partners, and retail stores.

Manage day-to-day coordination with channel partners and ensure alignment on business goals.

Train and guide PSAs/franchise staff on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Track partner performance and support them in achieving sales targets.
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Support the expansion of the PSA and franchise partner network within assigned regions.

Drive sales conversions in holiday packages, group tours, and travel solutions.

Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets in collaboration with channel partners.

Identify local business opportunities and share market insights with the regional manager.
Regional Sales & Marketing Support

Execute local marketing and promotional activities to boost walk-ins and leads.

Assist in planning and coordinating MICE activities (corporate groups, conferences, etc.).

Work closely with the regional sales manager to support campaigns and activations.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management

Ensure partners deliver a seamless customer experience aligned with company standards.

Resolve customer queries/escalations from channel partners in a timely manner.

Maintain strong relationships with PSAs and franchise owners to ensure long-term engagement.
Key Requirements
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience
in sales, preferably in travel, retail, or franchise/channel sales.

Exposure to managing travel agents, PSAs, or franchisee models is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with holiday packages, MICE, or travel retail sales preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven approach.

Good communication and relationship management abilities.

Ability to train, motivate, and support partners/teams for higher productivity.

Familiarity with travel products, destinations, and industry practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
