Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing agencies, strategic partners, and referral channels while driving revenue growth through strong business relationships and effective channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel sales and partnership strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new agencies, channel partners, and business affiliates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize engagement and performance.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to partners to ensure success and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and implement improvement plans where required.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, partner activities, and pipeline updates through CRM systems.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and brand standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Partnership Management, Business Development, or Agency Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and partner lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in partner onboarding, training, account management, and business development is required.
- Fluent English communication skills with a neutral North American accent; familiarity with Canadian and U.S. business culture is highly preferred.

- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Experience managing agency partnerships or affiliate networks.
- Ability to conduct professional presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
