Role Purpose:

To assist in creating and improving the brand value in the market by executing the channel and trade marketing plans in one of the main regions of Saudi (Center, West, East, South) to improve product volume sales and market share, while grow the respective Execution KPIs based on PICOS identified by the system.


Accountabilities:

  • Assist in marketing campaigns and NPL through coordination and follow-up to ensure successfully implementation and achievement of marketing objectives.
  • Conduct marketing studies, research, analyses to identify customer and customer profiles, demand patterns and capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activities.
  • Monitor trade structure, channel dynamics, and customer segmentation in the assigned region to enable designing the relevant channel & trade marketing plans in collaboration with the Channel & Trade Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager of the assigned region, and the Channel Leads.
  • Assist in setting pricing policies that includes offers and discounts based on market analysis, the assigned pack/price, the study of competitors' pricing policies, and the cost estimation for the relevant brand.
  • Execute the planned on-ground activation initiatives, and the sponsorship activities taking place in the assigned region, as per the annual marketing calendar.
  • Monitor the daily sales performance and market share of competitors and follow-up on marketing campaigns and events for analysis and evaluation to ensure achieving the set goals.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis concerning, sales rates, market share and other data regarding the concerned portfolio of brands.
  • Work closely with the Channel & Trade Marketing Manager, RSM of the assigned region, and the MT, GT & OP Channel Leads to deploy the plans from ideation to execution, followed by post-evaluation and tracking.
  • Manage the assigned initiatives from within the allocated DME budget, bundle promos and visibility & execution drives with 100% utilization, and without overspending
  • Analyze, post evaluate, and track the performance of all campaigns and initiatives using standard scorecards and dashboards, which will be shared flawlessly with CCBCSA and OU Stakeholders.


Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in large scale FMCG industry, preferably in beverages
  • Good understand and knowledge of modern marketing
  • Knowledge of KSA beverages market history and trends in consumer behavior is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
