Chat Support Agents - US Based (Night Shift)

Campaign: USA Based

Your Role: You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage and update customer accounts in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or similar role in the packaging industry.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging campaigns in the US, CA, or UK markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Shift: Night shift

Timings 8:00 PM - 5:00AM
