We are currently hiring energetic and motivated individuals for the position of Chat Support Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain proper chat records and customer interaction logs.
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
• Perform basic reporting and administrative tasks using office tools.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good fluency in English is mandatory.
• Active, smart, and quick learner.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. Time Zone).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other relevant field is preferred.
• Degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior customer service or chat support experience will be considered a plus.

Compensation & Growth

• Monthly Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
• Salary revision after successful completion of probation based on performance.
