Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled and reliable Chef to execute menu items with consistency and speed. You will be responsible for managing your station, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Manage your assigned station (grill, fryer, prep, etc.) efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Support stock rotation (FIFO), storage, and basic inventory control
  • Minimize waste and follow portion control guidelines
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist in prep work and kitchen setup before service

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Line Cook, or similar role
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume kitchens preferred
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain speed without compromising quality
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of kitchen systems and organization

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
