Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel standards and guest preferences
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
  • Monitor inventory and food supplies; assist in stock control
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook in hotels or restaurants
  • Skilled in preparing Arabic, Continental, or International cuisine
  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
