Chef de Partie - CDP – Central Kitchen (Butchery Section)

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our Central Kitchen – Butchery Section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, portioning, and maintaining the highest standards of meat products while supporting the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meat preparation: Cut, trim, and portion meat according to standards.
  • Quality control: Ensure freshness, hygiene, and proper storage of all meat products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff.
  • Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and maintain FIFO rotation.
  • Compliance: Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in butchery or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, and storage techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen environment.
