About The House Restaurant

Located in the heart of Lusail, The House Restaurant is a cozy, home-inspired dining destination known for its elegant international menu, quality ingredients, and exceptional service. From breakfast classics to signature main courses, every dish reflects creativity and care.

We’re expanding our kitchen team and looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Hot & Cold Section) to join our culinary family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in both hot and cold kitchen sections following The House standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train Commis Chefs in daily preparation and hygiene practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and ensure compliance with Baladiya & MOPH hygiene standards.
  • Assist during menu development and new dish launches.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CDP in international or casual fine dining.
  • Strong culinary knowledge in both hot and cold kitchen preparation.
  • Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
  • Valid QID and transferable visa (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
