We are seeking a
fresh graduate Chemical Engineer
to join the
Die Casting Section
. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of
aluminum alloy analysis, material testing, and metallurgical processes
. This role supports production quality, material control, and continuous improvement in die casting operations.
Responsibilities

Support daily operations in the die casting production line.

Assist in analyzing aluminum alloys and monitoring material composition to ensure compliance with specifications.

Perform material testing and quality checks on raw materials and cast products.

Support control of melting, casting, and cooling processes to maintain product quality.

Identify material defects (porosity, cracks, inclusions) and assist in root cause analysis.

Prepare and document material analysis reports and test results.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve process performance.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or science (Chemistry).

Fresh graduate (experience or training in die casting is an advantage).

Basic knowledge of aluminum alloys and material analysis.

Familiarity with die casting processes and materials is preferred.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
