Chief Accountant

Job Title: Chief Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee financial operations at a 4-star hotel in Dubai and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and hotel policies.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team.
• Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, and hotel accounting systems.
• Knowledge and experience in IDS software is required.
• Leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
