As we expand, we seek a visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) — ideally a PMDC-registered medical professional or an experienced business graduate with a strong background in medical aesthetics. This role is designed for an exceptional leader ready to evolve into our future CEO.

Role Overview
The CBO will be the driving force behind strategy, growth, marketing, and operations. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this role carries both immediate business leadership and long-term succession potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspired leadership across the company, building high-performing teams and a culture of innovation.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to meet revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Lead sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Drive financial discipline: monitor revenues, budgets, and KPIs with strong controls to minimize risks and losses.
• Build and execute high-impact marketing campaigns leveraging digital marketing, data analytics, and brand partnerships.
• Identify and introduce new treatment modalities, devices, and services to keep 3D Lifestyle at the cutting edge.
• Represent the company with regulators, investors, vendors, and partners to expand influence and partnerships.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on strategy, risks, financial performance, and key decisions.

Skills & Experience

• PMDC-registered medical professional (preferred) OR business graduate with proven medical aesthetics leadership experience.
• 10+ years post-graduation experience, with at least 5 years at Director or senior leadership level.
• Proven record of business leadership, brand building, and revenue achievement.
• Deep understanding of aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness sector.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, financial analysis, and customer-centric innovation.
• Experience in launching new products/services and scaling businesses.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with C-level, Board, and cross functional engagement.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Medical Aesthetics, or Dermatology are a plus.
