Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Job Description:
As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for driving the company's commercial strategy to maximize revenue and market share in the competitive smartphones and fintech industry. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Sales Leadership:
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and drive sales growth through effective sales planning, execution, and performance management.

Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the smartphones or fintech industry.

Proven track record to develop and execute growth strategies, profitability and partnerships in a competitive market environment, particularly across Africa.
