Commercial and Logistics Officer @Siemens Mobility Egypt

Today, we are recruiting for a Commercial and Logistics Officer to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

Commercial Operations:

• Review and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Ensure timely processing of invoice receipts in the SAP system.
• Support accounting teams in resolving discrepancies in invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions and documentation.
  
  

Logistics Operations:

• Oversee logistics and freight activities, including A/F and O/F operations.
• Monitor goods receipt processes to ensure timely and accurate recording of incoming materials.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to confirm physical receipt and quality of delivered goods.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers for timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on projects material delivery status.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines, customs regulations, and trade compliance standards.
• Utilize logistics management systems for shipments and material tracking.
  
  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, logistics management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial operations and logistics.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Familiarity with SAP system and invoice/goods receipt processes.
• Strong attention to details.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
