Job Description

Communicate and coordinate with service authorities and investment groups regarding related technical and maintenance matters.

Participate in the preparation and review of departmental budgets.

Supervise outsourced maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Review, evaluate, and recommend approval of monthly payment certificates for executed maintenance works.

Execute and prepare any works, tasks, or reports related to the section’s scope of responsibilities.

Attend handover sessions for completed projects and prepare snag lists and technical comments.
-
Supervise the preparation of technical reports as requested by management.

Follow up on materials required for maintenance projects to ensure timely availability.

Prepare monthly payment requests to service authorities on behalf of the Department Manager.

Attend technical meetings with the manager and provide necessary technical input.

Receive, review, and study service requests and complaints, and follow up on appropriate actions .
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; or
-
Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
