Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial planning, risk management, and compliance of our mobile distribution business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, business strategy insight, and proven leadership to help drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Develop and execute financial strategies that support business goals.

Analyze and manage financial risks including credit control and cash flow.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Optimize working capital, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.

Oversee internal controls, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

Implement ERP and automation tools to streamline financial operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior finance role, preferably in *FMCG* or *mobile distribution* .

MBA/ACCA/CA or equivalent financial qualification.

Strong command of financial systems, business modeling, and performance analysis.
