The Chief Human Resource Officer is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping HR strategy, driving compliance, and overseeing recruitment operations across U.S. and international markets. This role will lead HR and TA teams, standardize people processes, and act as a strategic advisor to executives on workforce planning, organizational culture, and talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Governance – Ensure compliance with U.S. and global labor laws, review HR policies, and advise leadership on compliance risks.
- Team Leadership – Manage HR and TA teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to build high-performing teams.
- Talent Acquisition – Oversee full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and India; develop sourcing strategies for healthcare, technical, and administrative roles.
- HR Operations – Manage onboarding, payroll (ADP), HRIS, and benefits; streamline and standardize HR processes across multiple client organizations.
- Workforce Planning – Partner with executives to forecast staffing needs and build proactive candidate pipelines.
- Employee Engagement – Lead initiatives to strengthen retention, engagement, and company culture.
- Strategic HR Leadership – Provide insights on HR trends, global best practices, and innovations to drive organizational scalability and growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/Ph.D. preferred).
- SPHR certification or equivalent strongly desirable.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and global labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.
- Experience leading HR and TA teams across multiple business units or clients.
- Strong track record in recruitment strategy in U.S. and India markets.
- Hands-on with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
