A rapidly growing, pre-IPO, financial services company based in South Florida is seeking a Chief Legal Officer to join its leadership team. The CLO will oversee corporate transactions, regulatory and compliance matters, and day-to-day legal operations while partnering closely with senior leadership through the company’s next stage of growth.

Ideal candidates bring a strong transactional background , business-minded judgment, experience supporting high-growth or regulated financial organizations, and leadership experience within an in-house legal department.
