Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the Role
At Pirotan, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and accelerate customer acquisition in the IT services and digital solutions space.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B tech marketing, demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution to support aggressive growth in U.S. and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the company’s global marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
· Build and position the brand as a trusted IT services partner for enterprise and mid-market clients.
· Collaborate with CEO, CRO, and BD teams to drive revenue growth and market share.
· Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for differentiation.
· Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
· Optimize marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email, events, and partnerships.
· Establish scalable inbound and outbound marketing frameworks to support sales teams.
· Define and strengthen brand identity, messaging, and positioning for the U.S. and global markets.
· Represent the brand at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry forums.
· Build strong storytelling around client success and technical capabilities.
· Lead strategy for SEO, SEM, social media, website, and content marketing to build visibility and authority.
· Oversee creation of impactful content including whitepapers, blogs, videos, landing pages, and sales collateral.
· Build community engagement and referral programs.
· Manage marketing budget and ensure measurable ROI.
· Establish KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
· Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions in IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting organizations.
· Strong knowledge of U.S. enterprise buyer behaviour and tech industry landscape.
· Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand positioning.
· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
· Prior background in scaling marketing for mid-size to enterprise-level IT companies.

· Increase in qualified lead volume and pipeline contribution.
· Growth in brand awareness and share of voice in target markets.
· Measurable ROI on marketing spend.
· Improved conversion rates across the marketing funnel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
