As we continue to expand, we are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive brand growth, visibility, and client acquisition from our Ontario, California headquarters.

Position Summary

Falcon Wealth Planning is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all firm-wide marketing initiatives in an in-office capacity. This role will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and client acquisition while partnering closely with executive leadership and business development. Experience in the financial services industry and strong analytical capabilities are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Falcon’s overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media
• Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track performance, analyze trends, and inform marketing decisions
• Partner with Business Development to support lead generation, advisor growth, and conversion strategies
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting
• Ensure marketing initiatives comply with regulatory and compliance standards
• Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing staff and external vendors/agencies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, RIA, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and data-driven marketing strategies
• Proven success in brand development, growth marketing, and lead generation
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic execution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience
